By downloading, installing, or using the Cloud Contacts mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Cloud Contacts is an address book utility that allows you to manage, clean, sync, and back up contacts across multiple accounts. The synchronization service operates locally on your device or directly with your third-party providers. Optional secure Cloud Backups are hosted via Google Firebase.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the contacts and data that you sync, modify, or back up. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful activities or in a way that violates third-party APIs. You must maintain the security of your device and accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including but not limited to software, code, designs, and logos, are the exclusive property of Cloud Contacts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Contacts and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or contact records, arising out of your use of the Application.
